Executive Chef Greg Anderson
Executive Chef Greg Anderson is a graduate of the esteemed Opryland Hotel Culinary Apprenticeship. A winner of many culinary competitions [Winner of the Pork and Beef Counsel culinary competitions, ACF sanctioned Soup competition, and on the winning culinary team at Memphis in May World Championship BBQ cookoff], his 30-year career highlights include many favorites of Nashville.
Chef Greg has prepared private dinners for President Bill Clinton, and numerous country music stars. His favorite cuisines include French, Asian influenced, and smoked meats. He remains very passionate about food as well as the customer experience. He especially enjoys interacting with guests during their functions.
Chef Greg is married, has three children and he enjoys spending time in the outdoors and at family events.
